| Metal is struck from a die and cut off from the desired shape, then filled with colors (paints pigment similar to those applied on car). It takes only above 100 degree to dry the paints for 4 to 5 minutes at an oven. Thus, cost is generally lower than hard and imitation hard enamel. It is shiny but vulnerable to scratch and high temperature. Normally, we need to add one layer of epoxy to protect the paints. Any color in Pantone ® chart is available. As the paint is thinner than Hard and imitation hard enamel, you will see the raised metallic rims. |
